Quality control across the project cycle
Four fixed inspection points, from sample approval through to post-installation.
1 · Sample approval
Materials, finishes and colours signed off by the owner or designer before production starts.
2 · In-production conformity
Specifications, dimensions and finish monitored on the production line against the project plan.
3 · Pre-shipment inspection
Quantities, packing and conformity to the approved sample checked before the goods leave the factory.
4 · Handover after installation
An on-site handover record, followed by maintenance and replacement parts as contracted.
